Quality is subjective or personal and so is taste in what may or may not be aesthetic.
I don't like to fuzz about size unless need to be printed on a gigantic billboard (if so then stretch it like crazy and see how it goes), just take this offering as it is or go away and move along, may peace be with you.
I have affinity working with anything broken, dark sense of humor, heavy or whatever is admittedly imperfect. I feel it gives it its own life or a unique character.
I just work with what I have, not always, but definitely, most of the time in a spontaneous trance.
Can't stop. Have to keep moving while on fire because if I stop it will take another few weeks before i can get back to it, which is fine too, but can't stop won't stop sometimes until it is done.
You know like if one really needs to kill something you cared enough to create then might as well show some mercy by using a sharp knife and making a quick clean cut. Dead on the spot.
Probably can make an exception for an enemy, i guess, can like prolong the agony use a rough blunt knife and rest halfway in cutting poke on the wound a bit fiddling and diddling, then go continue slicing with the same rough blunt knife. This can take as long as you can handle it.
