This afternoon I visited my younger half- brother in Zutphen. Before he goes on vacation I wanted to see him. On the way there, enjoying a beautiful ride, I mulled over the forgiveness issue, because to truly forgive, even if I do not tell them, to me means I also have to destroy the information I have that I could use to retaliate and it took months to gather this information and process it.

This is about reality, the here and now and me in it, in the moment, and not the sum of my experiences.
