Horimiya ^[1] is nice and other good romantic anime include Kimi ni Todoke: From Me to You ^[2], Blue Spring Ride ^[3], The Garden of Words, Toradora, Violet Evergarden, Bakuman, and possibly even Sword Art Online ^[4] (which have romantic component), as well as Sakamichi no Apollon ^[5], Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun ^[6], and Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! ^[7].

IMHO Kaguya-sama: Love is War does not qualify as romantic anime: it is all about manipulation and power-play, without even playful flirtation. Romantic aspect of that show is weak and it feels like it was only introduced near end of the show.
