Short anwer:
No. If you have the capacity and time to exercise everyday, then give yourself a pat on the back!
Long answer:
There are two types of exercise which, when combined with a strict diet, can help you achieved the body of your dreams:
Strength training: if you could train everyday, split the four body parts (legs, chest, back and shoulders) into four separate days and go heavy with each one. Over a short period of time, you will notice that you will become stronger will all of your push, pull and walking speed. You would want to rest about a week for each body part to avoid overtraining.
Cardio: you can either go slow and easy or give it everything you have for a short period of time, over a number of repetitive times (also known as HIIT training). You can do these everyday if you like although I would count a HIIT session as a strength training and give it a few days rest between sessions; so in meantime, you can alternate between strength and cardio.
