Welcome to the 2nd issue of Den Chat! It's been a relatively uneventful week for the most part, however I have made some progress on some of my goals and got a couple of things done. Without further ado let's jump right into it.

Goals
I have made some decent progress in some of my goals, some even nearing completion, while some haven't made a whole lot of progress.

Splinterlands Goals
I haven't made much progress, only getting 1 new card, and I have had terrible luck with daily quest rewards primarily getting potions or 1 credit rewards which has been disappointing. I do my best to keep the prices of the cards I'm renting out to be competitive, while also keeping them rented. At the time of writing I'm making ~35.9% APR off of card rentals. I'm still hoping they introduce a system to be able to sell potions, preferably on the open market but at the very least a buy back program would be nice.
IRL Goals
I haven't made much progress on the house or the car, though this week I don't have my daughter which will should (hopefully) give me plenty of time to get my handy-man and mechanic on. For the plane tickets I have priced them out and should be buying tickets through the travel agency tomorrow. I had my tattoo appointment today and got the first centerpiece for a larger piece done today, picture below.
I will do my best to get a better picture soon. It's at an awkward angle to try and get a picture of on my own.
Projects
I haven't made any significant progress on any of the projects listed in the previous Den Chat though I will now be moving the tattoo half-sleeve + half-chestpiece into the project section as it will take a while to get done. I also have one more to move from ideas and into projects as it is actively being worked on.
PeakD Community: I have finished researching into it and about have all the details for content finalized and am now working on aesthetics and finer details. Once that is done and I get the ~3 Hive required to start a community I will launch it. After that the project will evolve into eventually turning into a full fledged Tribe.
Ideas
I'm still working on the previous ideas and on ways to move them up into the project section. Right now I have to many ideas I'm working on to try and add more, though I will keep this section updated every so often and/or as things change. I'm always working on ideas on how to increase revenue streams and passive income so stay tuned as I keep you guys updated on failures and successes.
