I took my dogs for a quick walk this afternoon and this was what was on my mind. I have always found that for something to be sustainable it has to be fun and cannot make me unhappy. For that reason I always try to be happy on DTube and Steemit even on days that I don’t earn a cent.
If you are relying on money to be happy you are wasting serious lifetime. On DTube an upvote could be equal to a certain amount of money, so you get what I mean.
Upvotes are great and a really good motivator to keep going; I just don’t think you should rely on them for happiness.
Instead choose right now to be happy in the present moment and focus on things you can control.
