Halloween on a $5 Budget. What costume could you put together? One thing that comes to my mind is to dress up as a scary version of Patrick Star from Spongebob. Patrtick Star only uses on piece of clothing and with $5 I can use it to buy shorts that has the similar with Patrick and the remainder of the budget will be used to buy scissors to adjust my hair style making my face closely similar to Patrick
