I heard about a certain festival that is being celebrated every 9th of September on the 9th avenue of the ninth biggest state on earth. The people who can attend the festival should have a birth date of 9th and they must wear a shirt that has a number 9 printed on it. They also check the shoe size of the attendees as it should be size 9 as well. The festival last for 9 hours 9 minutes and 9 seconds and they only play 9 songs in the background all throughout the festival
