If I would make up a very specific fear that is quite ridiculous that will be the 'fear of seeing people licking ice creams'. This type of fear triggers when you see people licking their ice creams for quite a while as seeing their tongue licking the ice cream insists a horrific desire from that movement which sends a tingling sensation to the body
