10K Leo/day is totally unrealistic. If they start to do this - Leo would surge to 1LEO=1HIVE in less than a week. IMHO, this is not what dev team, Khal and their friends want.
I see they do everything possible to keep LEO prices low, at least where it is now, or even lower.
I can understand this.

Another reason might be - ACE sales pace is probably ~10x lower than expected.
