You seem to be presuming that a society should import labor because the children of the established citizenry find menial "entry level" labor beneath them.

I hate this sense of "entitlement" that the sons and daughters of wealthy families almost always seem to display. I think a father should pay for his children's education for as long as a children are working hard at studies and not spending their time partying and in the pubs. But the moment they stop their studies, the younger generation should be sent out into the world to make their own way.

The parents should not be using their influence to find jobs for their children higher than entry level positions which the children have not earned themselves.

Then there will be no need for immigrants (or robots).
