Honestly, love can work with or without money. But there are levels to how broke a man can be. I can settle for a man who isn't the richest, but he has to be comfortable to a reasonable extent. My love language is all 5 of them, from acts of service to receiving gifts. By gifts, I do not mean he should buy me the most expensive things, a tiny bracelet, a small necklace, a novel, etc. It's not the gifts that matter, it's the thought for me. I want my man to spoil me silly with gifts, and I'd do the same for him.
You know, a lot of times, I think about men and I feel sorry for them. In today's society, a broke and jobless lady finds love without so much stress, but a broke man isn't deserving of love. Why? My friend said this to me some time ago;
Only men search for love, women search for survival.Once you can take care of them, they are in love.
