I voted for everything except the return, so what does that mean for me?

Also, I missed the Airdrop 1. And I don't think my dex buy has gone through. Is there a certain amount to delegate so to a enough DLUX in order to participate? Is there a minimum? And where do I find out how DLUX is used on the platform?
