You mentioned selling ada cardano. But for me I just lost it. It wasn't as much as your holdings. I had 300 tokens which I bought on binance. Because of kyc I no longer use this company. What happened was that my smartphone broke. So I don't have the passphrase. I transfer it from the exchange to a wallet. I installed another app but I can't recover it !
