Change is coming, like Hardfork 20, which screwed with our minds. Categorically speaking, this change is much needed for New users to come and the sustainability of the active users left.
For what is worth, there still active users like myself who still wishes things really change for Steem and Steemit. Maybe reward curve and curation iteration would kickstart that change we all have waited so long for, which this coming update is centered upon.
As a user and a promoter, have seen a couple of Hardforks on this chain and its really amazing how far I have come. Sometimes I couldn't believe I'm still around, the token price is a killer, users attitude and all made things weirder, sad to see once a bustling platform less active and thankfully Steem Engine is one thing amongst others that made Steemit still alive today.
With the Engines rolling, forking out Tribes, users came back, active users all seek accommodations in several of these Tribes which seems like a fine idea, till we see the effect of Hf21 on them. I am a believer but seeing the last upgrade made me realised that you could lose all your faith in something at any give moment in time.
My hopes are high, but not too high. The Upgrade seems to be a much needed thing for us right now but our Token Economy seriously needs a boost, hopefully we get that alongside few other assets not waiting for the dominant Crypto to surge their prices. May Steem survive to see the next Bull run!
