Being parents is one of the real task in life, alongside making it and living comfortably, everything we go through before becoming adults are preparations for this vital and delicate phase of life. Your duty is to your family once you take up this mantle, your wife and kids, siblings and in-laws all remain vocal part of the duties whether you like it or not. The fact that you have your family doesn't mean you will neglect your own blood and your wife's, the responsibility gets bigger and that shouldn't be a problem, right? Provided you have the resources, you must create time for all beginning from your toddler, to your wife, to your brother or sister-in-laws, and to the community you reside in.
Fatherhood isn't about age, its about resolution and commitment to a cause. Imagine yourself been decorated with tiny sport cars like in the image above, imagine yourself being the mannequin for makeup training by your 9years old daughter. Also imagine waking up to feed your baby in the middle of the night, seeing how tired and sleep deprive your lovely wife is just looking at her snoring away as the baby alarm triggers. There isn't any greater love and commitment than this, putting the tiny little humans you love before yourself and also your better half, that is the kind of fatherhood I envisioned for myself.
Provision, perseverance, extreme patient, guidance, protection, love and many more attributes are the buildup of this stage of life. I seldom wonder if at my age I am ready for the task, there no point being a father if one can not do any of this if not all of it.
