The bible completely condems domestic violence. The bible teaches us that everyone is made in the image of God and we deserve to to give respect to the image of God. This days we see more domestic violence in marriage, which is not what God wants from us as his children. The Bible clearly commands:
“Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it.” (Ephesians 5:25).
God wants us to love each other and care for one another with love and patience anything outside this is not what God wanted.
“Husbands, love your wives, and be not bitter against them.” (Colossians 3:19).
God cares about our life so much and doesn't want anything bad to happen to us. Domestic violence is sin, and it requires repentance, accountability, and change. A truly biblical home should be filled with peace, kindness, and self-control, reflecting God’s character rather than fear or control.
