Follow 3 easy steps to transform, a blue drum into an eyes catching wooden containers. People won't dare throwing their rubbish in it, thinking it's everything (ice cream container,etc..) except a garbage bin !
To Start you need :
- 1 plastic barrel
- 36 planks of wood ( hard wood like teak) 36"x 2"x 2/8"
- Nuts and bolds
- 2 meters of rope
- a 23" stainless lid
STEP 1 : Wood work
After cutting the planks, you need to drill 2 holes in each plank in two steps with 2 different drill wicks.
Clean the area with sand paper after drilling and start drilling the barrel.
STEP 2 : Tightening
Attached the 36 planks to the barrel.
STEP 3 : Add the handle rope
STEP 3 : Finishing
Apply 2 coats of teak oil varnish for a great looking.
