I get impressed every day when I see how creative people can become. If you want the evidence you just try to browse through different photo challenges here on steemit.

People are interacting and competing at the same time. They learn new stuff and see photos from all over the world. Real photos from real people; the real life. Not like on a fancy calendar.

But the best thing is that we can earn some money on our journey. Maybe that's even the main reason. It's nothing wrong with that and you don't need to feel bad. That's the whole idea behind steemit and it works great. If you want to earn more put more effort. Or you can just buy more steem power.

It's wind and it's snowing today and thermometer shows minus 17 Degrees Celsius. The weatherman said: feels like -26. Here in Edmonton.

Winters in Slovenia are mild comparing to Alberta, but all Slovenians I know here spend summer vacations in Slovenia and winters here. I didn't understand this at first, but now I know.
All houses here have natural gas furnaces and fireplaces. You have just a switch and the thermostat mounted on the wall. The gas is cheap and no physical work involved. I like that. I'm a lazy guy.

I spent at least three weeks back then just to prepare the wood to heat my house in Slovenia and these two toys were very handy at that time.
But I can tell you; I don't miss them. Don't miss them at all. Just memories.
