It isn't the first link, you retard. The first couple links are info about the author, and a link to subscribe, as they usually are. I disregarded the link you call the 'first', because it said 'lawsuit' and very obviously didn't link to the lawsuit. After going back through the article, I did find the links to the other exhibits, at the end.

There wasn't anything terribly new in any of it. Every major news outlet has mentioned this lawsuit. Just because it isn't getting the coverage you think it should, doesn't make it a special issue.

Do you want to discuss the case, or the evidence? I agree that the court system should take a close look at this, but I probably disagree with you on what the outcome should be. Or (as I suspect) do you prefer to just yell and call people names because their dogma ain't your dogma?
