Ontario PC going to end drive clean emissions test, siting it is not effective when newer automobiles are not polluting. Going to target "heavy user" (read trucks?) instead.
I wonder if the plate sticker price hike when the Liberals made the emission test "free" will be rolled back ? Probably not but this group seems to know more about what bad policies average people is annoyed about more.
How about cutting some more red tape and making Ontario competitive to tackle unemployment next, Mr Ford...
