My son started a compost project. What he did he threw away organic food left over or food that would go old in a hole in the backyard. One day a plant started growing. We didn’t know what it was until he dig it out. To our surprise it was a bunch of potatoes lol. Ever since he started leaving small potato plants grow by themselves. theres a few more there that we have to dig out later on.
