To the fathers,
the blunt and firm friends
The ones who know
the proper way the nation should be run

The master that knows
what should be done next
He fixes the trust, ends the brawl
and above all, loves unconditionally

He never looks for praises
even though he sometimes boast about himself
He works hard quietly
and his dreams are seldom spoken

His wants are little
so are his worries
or maybe he barely expresses them
As everyone expects a man to be strong always

He is a firm foundation,
the refuge to hide in
when the storms of life hit hard
And in time of strife
he is there - a sturdy hand to hold onto

We do not realise it,
but he is our greatest blessing
A silent hero, a valiant general
Who we often don't sing the praise of.

Thank you for your time.

My pen doesn't bleed, it speaks, with speed and ease.

Still me,

My tongue is like the pen of a ready writer.
