Curious about why this face stays frozen
Even when the heart is melting,
Curious about why I choose to act numb
When the whole of me entails emotions,
Don't judge me, I'm as curious as you are.

Curiosity bumped on me as I walk on the path of life,
More curiosity as I begin to know the principles of life,
Then the utmost curiosity as I saw the people called Life.
Who would have thought that it would cost so much to be a living soul?
I couldn't have believed if I was told.

In-between the friends and foes,
Scarcely is there a way to differentiate
Who is for me or against me,
Who loves me or otherwise,
Who needs me or leaves me.

Everyone and everything moves together,
Until I arrive at the place of separation,
Where I, in deep thoughts,
Weigh my option of those I really choose,
And what really I want.

Until then, curiosity continues
Until then, I will watch closely,
Maybe I will be able to differentiate,
Whom to me is a friend,
And whom to me is a foe.

They used to say curiosity killed the cat and to me, I would say, the cat died nobly.

Thank you for your time.

My pen doesn't bleed, it speaks, with speed and ease.

Still me,

My tongue is like the pen of a ready writer.
