This suggestion is based on the settings section of the application whereby users can reduce data usage on NewsCatchr application. The NewsCatchr is available here on play store.
Proposal
My proposal is that Data saver should be included to NewsCatchr application, to have lower usage of data on this application, making the application more easy for users to make use of.

This shows full analysis of data usage on the application, and also data saved, giving users the ability to enable and also disable the data saving mode.
The data saver also will give users the ability to select the level of image quality as it will help reduce data usage on the application as well.
Benefits
This feature minimises the rate at which data is consumed, thereby helping users to reduce costs on Internet data. Also the developer will notice a great improvement on the daily use of this application because users will find the more easy and of low cost in usage.
