Irrcloud is a wonderful chat application with some missing features that would make users feel more connected, which would be discussed in this post.
Proposal
In line with making users feel more connected to each other, I am suggesting that Call button should be included to this great application, this would require using data to connect with friends via Voice or Video call, friends can connect to each other by hearing or seeing their selves by using the video call.

Here is how the Call button should look like
After clicking on the call button, then a pop up shows, requesting which type of call voice call or video as shown in the image below
Benefits
The call button would give user the ability to choose which type of call they want to make be it voice or video. This would increase the level of interaction on Irccloud as users will like to see or hear the voice or who they are chatting with. More clarification or evidence of things can be passed using the video call button.
