Hello feathered friends,
A few days ago mysterious crime happened in front of my house door.
When I left the house early in the morning, I found the following scene: a headless grasshopper lying in front of my door. The body remained intact, and the head was simply nowhere in sight. All I knew was that the crime happened at night or at dawn. Suspicion fell on several animals. Wasps have been observed to tear off the prey's head. I also justifiably suspected cats and birds. Yesterday a scene opened my eyes. The head of the sparrow family was caught in a similar act.
This time it was a green praying mantis. Although I can't confirm with certainty that Gary did the same with the grasshopper, I will dismiss the case, and Gary will just pass by with a warning not to do it in front of my door anymore.
Thanks for stopping by.
