We spend a lot, and I mean a lot of time reviewing all different types of realestate. Some of it is way out of reach, but we feel we should have an understanding of things in the event they become realistic. When we first go into crypto currency we did not fully understand it. And when we first started mining it made no sense... but guess what it works.
I would guess the first time someone heard about drilling for oil they did not understand it either. My point in this short post is things change and it does not matter if you fully understand it. But if you fight it you will be left behind.
