Communication, emotional intelligence, and the ability to apologize are non-negotiable in any healthy relationship. I especially agree with the part about men who struggle to say 'I’m sorry' sometimes, it's not about grand gestures but simply owning up to mistakes.

Another major red flag for me is inconsistency. If someone’s words and actions don’t align, or today they’re sweet and tomorrow they’re distant, that’s a big no. Emotional stability is key!

Also, on manipulation, you hit the nail on the head! No one should be made to feel small in a relationship. A healthy partner should uplift and support, not belittle.

Love should feel like peace, not a battlefield!
