For people from countries like Belarus, China, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea and a few other countries, having a command market economy is better as they enjoy the advantages of having a command market. I can't really say if any country really runs a free trade market as the government in one way or the other tries to interfere in some industries, which leaves me with the opinion that many other country runs a free market.
