Hello everyone, welcome to another exciting post of mine, before I continue, I will appreciate that you follow my blog as well as follow and like project hope. With this said, let the ball roll. A lot of us have been given this mindset that investing is one way to be rich, and so many people have sold books and CDs about investing in stocks, bonds, and so on. The truth is in this post, you will be seeing a completely different view about investing and getting rich or becoming a billionaire.
I was watching a YouTube video of a person who was selling trading advice and the topic lay emphasis on how trading will maker you a rich only for the presenter to stress more on liking and following the video as it was their major source of income (I would have gotten a prove but I can’t remember the video again). Do not be fooled, the person selling an investment strategy for you might just be making their money from sales of investment strategies and not investment.
First, if you are going to be investing your little funds maybe a few thousand dollars let’s say $10,000 in stocks, it would take you a very long time to become rich, about 51 year to hit a million dollars as the stock market is going to give an average of 10% annually. In other to enjoy the fun of investing in stocks, a large amount of money needs to be put into it. I am not saying you will not make money from stocks, I am saying that the money you make might be enough to pay for bills and sort other expenses but when it comes to making millions of investing in stocks, you need to invest a large sum of money.
Do not forget that during this period, there will be days of losses. This means that you will surely be losing money at some point or the other. Furthermore, not everyone is a good investor. Most people go into investing in stocks and then make a lot of mistakes which are always costly.
Investing is a way to make money and can probably make anyone rich but the truth is, not everyone will be able to meet the criteria of investing to make millions in the short term and also, not everyone is a good investor.
