Good Morning

Yesterday evening was a solo act as daughter had some project to do and hence I was left on my own. By the way, those who are aware of my posts do know that I have a morning and evening regime. Evening one is with my ten-year old daughter while the morning is my weights exercises. Since I post once everyday about my exercises, I post about the morning regime and the previous evening one. So, that’s the background.

Evening was once again the eight continuous exercise sets, without the suicide run and end-to-end run. So, it looked like this:

  1. Planks – 45 seconds
  2. Burpees – 5 (will make it 10 today)
  3. Side Planks – 30 seconds each side
  4. Rappeling Kicks – 45 seconds
  5. Horizontal cycling – 30 seconds
  6. Rowing Hold – 30 seconds

As I already mentioned it was a solo affair yesterday evening. 😊

Today morning was a mix of shoulder, back and side planks. Interestingly, I had been doing planks for so long and I thought that side planks would be a breeze. But that was not the case. I guess, my side muscles do need some workout. So, in a couple of weeks it should be fine.

That’s my update for today. Hope you have fun too!

And good day! 😊

Did You Know?

Brazilian, Edmar Freitas, is known to hold the record for most sit-ups in 24 hours. The record stands at 111,000 sit-ups in 24 hours.

Makes me wonder how does anyone have that kind of a stamina to go on for 24 hours.

Well, that’s the record anyways. 😊
