I believe that there has been a great misconception about leadership. People do not follow people. Rather, they follow an excellent representation of a cause, an ideology or a philosophy. This is why we can never run out of leaders as long as there is an ideology, a cause or a philosophy. Anytime a person deviates from any of the three fore mentioned factors which made him or her a leader, following diminishes.
