I think it would be fine to start with the Steemit news section to build the content up a bit, but you can always customize a website to plug into the Steem blockchain API . The blockchain is censorship

That's a fair assessment. They're just like startup shares. Most early stage startups dilute to bring more resources to a company. The goal is for the dilution to bring more value overall than the amount
