I welcome you to my blog. Over the years one thing I have come to realise is that every problem, whether financial problems, health problems, educational problems, or any problem at all, is easily fixed if detected on time before it escalates. At an early stage every problem is fixable or can be easily controlled, but once it has fully developed and is now mature, it becomes unfixable and very difficult to control. Every big problem you see it has today actually started small; there is no problem, whether health or financial, that just started at the critical point it is now, and funny enough, at that early stage there will be signs, but sometimes we choose to ignore those signs.
Even a fire called a wildfire actually started small and could have been easily controlled if detected on time, but it went undetected or unnoticed until it became the wildfire that is now difficult to control. Whatever the problem is, as long as it is detected early, the chances of it being curbed and kept under control are higher than when it is noticed late and at a stage where it has grown beyond control and has done more damage than one can actually fix.
The human body is also like a car; there can be little problems, like having a screw loose, and then it keeps going, and you won't notice it unless you go to a mechanic to check it out for you, probably during a maintenance, but if you fail to do so and probably keep using that car like that, it goes from just having one bolt or screw loose to the entire car breaking down and causing you to spend more in a case where you would probably have gotten the screw or bolt replaced even for free if the mechanic is acquainted with you.
The same thing happens to the human body; sometimes there are little health issues that can go unnoticed if we don't go for check-ups regularly or from time to time, and before they are noticed, they must have already done the damage. Some people were able to survive kidney problems because they were noticed at an early stage; some survived sickness that could have killed them all because they were noticed on time and they did not have to spend so much to make the problem go away.
This prompt is a wake up call for everyone to go for check ups and not wait until they are sick before they visit the hospital.
