Warmer days and colder evenings forecast here in Ontario ... the Maple sap is ready to run.
Soon we will have buckets and buckets of Sugar Maple sap to turn to sweet Maple Syrup over the open fire. Who’s ready for Spring ? It has been a very long winter. Lots of snow and very cold weather so I’m ready for the annual Sugar Run.
