Hello Brethern in Our Lord Jesus Christ. Is an honor to share with you what l learnt from the live thanksgiving service which was lead by Brother Eli .

WE MUST BE THE DOERS OF THE WORD

Psalm 90 :11-12
Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.
12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom

The main aim of every believer is to always do what Jesus Christ teaches us.From His teaches we get to know the number of our days and how we are to live our life in other not to gain the wrath of God but to gain wisdom.

LET DESIRE TO STAY IN THE HOUSE/CHURCH OF GOD

We can get the teaching of our lord Jesus Christ everyday but the more we stay in the house of the lord the deeper we can gain more insight into His word.In the House of the lord that is where we can share the beauty of His work and our lord Jesus Christ.
Hear what David said in psalm 27:4
One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.

At the house of God we gain long life peace and we also find favor.
Hear Solomon as He wrote to as in Proverb 3 :1-4
My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments:
2 For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.
3 Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:
4 So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.

WE FIND FAVOR IN THE CHURCH

The church of God is where we find favor because Jesus Christ has marry the Church.Remember God said ;Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD.

We are part of the church therefore favor from the lord rest on as.
Hear colossians 1:18
And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
Out of this favor God set us free from any bounds and set us into prosperity.

LETS PRAISE GOD NOT MEN.

Act 2:44-47
And all that believed were together, and had all things common;
45 And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.
46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, note
47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

As we stay in the house of God we should care for our brothers and also learn to praise God only not men.
Let work together for the cause of Jesus Christ so that God will always add to the church.
God bliss you and God bliss Brother Eli for His teaching through our lord Jesus Christ.
