I write down things and work towards achieving it....
Ideas may pop up along the line ,hence the reason for augmenting in the process of evaluation .
As for me , weekly evaluations are done and i choose Saturdays for this exercise ...
At some point , it is needed to know if/whether you treaded the right steps and applied the right conditions for the anticipated success...
