I think the better is keeping money in markting and bak cycle that freezing money means losing for country economy .. Bank supply with bounds customer use it to buy things or services, seller use it to make his trading bigger if you keep money away of it's cycle bank will provide bounds depending on gold or bucks (cash cover) keep it free :-)
