I think most of the problems would be gone if we had a site where stakeholders/users/devs create their own profile, set in a way where a normal person can see his/her expertise and can easily reach out.

We can call it Hive Guardians.

It doesn't even have to be built on top of Hive, it's just a frontend where the community holds the lane and helps newcomers get a better perspective of how it works.
