Community

There has been a lot of drama around this place, and not only recently in regards to Justin and his malicious attempts on centralizing the chain, rather constantly in one shape or another. This place is weird as fuck hahaha.

Yet again, I can't get enough of it and probably never will. One might argue it all about the money, but if you are sane enough you will manage to see that few buck weekly ain't something to brag about.

What kept me around this place is somewhat obvious since HIVE hasn't been the most lucrative deal I made - quite contrary. Yeah, it did pump to 1 USD but unfortunately, I Haven't had anything liquid. Legit move.

However, I have learned a lot, gained a lot of different perspectives on how to think outside what is considered to be "normal" and seemingly developed an interest in the decentralized economy and blockchain utility.

The last couple of days actually showed we are not here to fuck around as the whole community stood up and fought against centralization. It may seem irrelevant, but if you allow yourself to think a bit deeper, you will start realizing how important this fight truly is - on a global scale.

Despite the fact i wanted to avoid talking about Justin it seems impossible. Hard times are what make us stronger and more resistant, thankfully we had a bunch of them. I can't think of any other community that would stay true towards something that is constantly being tested, internally, or externally - which is the case with steem.

The community has been tested a lot of times and every time we ended up a bit more endurance.

I'm impressed with what I saw so far, community-wise of course, as it broadcasted the message of how important it is to have strong layer zero to back it up.

We are still loud on twitter and it seems we won't back up until we finally manage to bring the masses. Hopefully, someone will make a proposal that will pay professional PR management that will make it done.
