Imagine a non-profit as a shared kitchen.
Everyone shows up with good intentions.
Some bring ingredients. Others cook. Some clean.
The goal is noble: prepare something good for the community.

But here’s the problem.
In most shared kitchens, no one really writes down:

  • who used what
  • how much each dish cost
  • who was responsible for which part

When something goes wrong, nobody is at fault.
And when something goes well, it’s hard to tell why.
That’s the accountability problem many non-profits quietly live with.

Lots of heart. Less structure.

At OffChain Luxembourg, this question obsessed us from day one.
How do you keep the soul of a non-profit… without losing responsibility?

That’s where OCLT enters the story.
OCLT is the tool we use to turn a shared kitchen into a transparent one.

With OCLT:

  • every unit of work is accounted for
  • every budget line is traceable
  • every decision and vote leaves a visible footprint

Not to punish. Not to control.
But to make responsibility explicit and shared.

Think of OCLT as:

  • the recipe book
  • the cost sheet
  • and the name on every dish
All at once. On-chain. Auditable by design.

This is how we bring clarity where there used to be fog.
This is how accountability scales with community.
We believe the next generation of non-profits won’t be judged only by ideals, but by impact, transparency, and execution.

And OCLT is how we’re building that future. 🧡

If you’re curious or just want to understand more, tomorrow evening we’ll be at Indie’s for Letz OffChain.
Because yes, Tuesday is the new Thursday. 🧡

We start at 19:00!
Ask us anything about OCLT, governance, or OffChain in general.
See you tomorrow. 🧡
