Vacation by the sea is the best! Granted, that's the vacation I grew up with but I also vacationed in the mountains' beauty and I'd still pick the ocean.

I agree with your work/vacation assessment. It sometimes just feels hard to do the right thing when you're surrounded by people who think that work is all there is.
