Cotton is a wonderful fabrc. I get that it doesn't dry as fast as today's modern fabrics (for sports etc.) but it just feels so nice on the skin.

Here's another idea, there are gloves for people with arthritis. Those gloves are very snug and come in cotton. I looked into them because I wanted something for typing in winter when I get really cold hands 😊

Oh yeah, walking barefoot really does ground me. By now I guess I do it rather unconsciously, take off my shoes whenever I can. Hubby just shakes his head when he sees me walking barefoot over pebbles or asphalt (as long as it's not too hot) - hahaha
