When I saw your post pop up on Friday I really thought this would be an easy one for me. You know photographer, travelled a lot, love sunrises, sunsets, clouds, pretty little things on nature walks etc. etc. etc. - and exactly there lies the problem: I have sooooo many effin' photos that I just couldn't pick just one. There is not just one special one in my collection. Depending on time and mood this changes quite radically. So, what to do?
Hubby to the rescue: Hey, hubby, there's this thing on that weird blockchain place that I am blogging on. And somebody challenged us to post a photo of a special natural something and I just cannot decide on one. You know my photos, which one would you pick?
Without hesitation, he said: The one in Greece, with the turquoise water and the tree. And I knew exactly which one he meant, immediately. This one.

This is Porto Katsiki on Lefkada, Greece. No filters used, no nothing. The water is really that beautiful and intense color. When living in Germany we used to spend summer vacations on Lefkada to go windsurfing. On non-windy days we'd go explore e.g. to Porto Katsiki. It is a well-known beach, for obvious reasons, so there can be quite a crowd, but as you can see, we went quite far down the beach and were alone at that point. Those Lefkada days were good times and one day we'll go back and re-visit.
