Yes, coincidence probably, I voted it ~15sec after your second vote and your first vote was 2mins before it:

and yes, peakd let's you revote without warning you that you're about to unvote and vote again as far as I know. You can change it however many times you want now but you won't receive curation rewards after the first unvote according to current rules of the blockchain.
