OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 453rd compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Let's start at the beginning. Yesterday was just a regular Wednesday for me, quiet, didn't have much planned, until my uncle texted to see if I was up for an evening hike. After reviewing both my physical and emotional state and weighing options and courses of action, I said yes. We agreed to meet at around 5 p.m., after his workday was done, to take a hiking route which I like very much and happens to be relatively close to his workplace.

Greetings from Sri Lanka. Yesterday was an official holiday so I was able to travel very freely and absorb a lot of fruitful things. In the face of the current severe economic crisis in Sri Lanka, many blame the government, but we do not stand to gain. If we do not do the essential things we need to do in the midst of this high inflation, we will also have to go down economically. We have a lot to think about and do in this dire situation. I now know from experience that many problems can be solved by absorbing other people's ideas and thinking creatively. So I met last evening with such a visionary neighbor and saw a productive garden.

As usual, the past few weeks I've been participating in the Ladies of Hive weekly Contest, I like the fact that the questions the admins prepare for us always make us think and reflect about certain topics. This week I'm gonna answer the first question:If you could change one thing about your personality, what would it be?. But to tell you what I wanna change about my personality, first I'm gonna tell you a little about myself since I haven't made a proper introduction in this community and my introduction in the hive was a while ago.

Whenever we feel overweight, we want to lose a few extra pounds to wear that swimsuit we like, we automatically think of "dieting". And with that in mind we go to the market and fill the cart with all kinds of products with labels like Diet, Light, Zero, Integral, among others, thinking that with that we will be doing the right diet, without knowing that those foods, besides being expensive, are full of chemical additives that are far from doing us good.

I found these pretty roses while buying food in a supermarket yesterday. Their petals are so silky looking that you would think they are artificial. There were other roses with various colors but they are the ones I have chosen. They have a slight scent, so beautiful as they are, I bought a bunch and brought them home.

He picked up the rock, masking a pain in his legs. By the time the temple guardian had turned around, he threw it at him with all his might. He imagined himself running at full speed and being chased by this rough and uncouth man, but his desire for adventure turned to fear and surprise when he saw him fall face first onto the sand, the rock stuck in his forehead and his eyes rolling back in his head....

Hello hivers lovers of plants and therefore of the wonders that nature gives us, Today encouraged to publish in this beautiful community of #HiveGarden, which gives us the opportunity to express our passion to be surrounded by our environment and make known our relationship with plants.

Actually, I'm not a regular coffee drinker, but I do drink coffee occasionally. I usually drink coffee when I feel sleepy, but I have a lot of work to do, and I have to stay awake and stay focused.

For me it is difficult to choose one, because all flowers are beautiful: small, large, solitary or in clusters or inflorescences, with bright or faint colors, with numerous stamens protruding from the petals. Each one has its own particularity. The flower is the organ that defines the relationships between plants, the more similar they are in their floral characteristics the closer they are, and it is also where the function of reproduction takes place. The appearance of the flower in plants represented an important change in the evolutionary process.

I haven't posted here at C/ASEAN recently because I have been posting over at C/Architecture+Design. I have mostly been posting about work but I think for today I will recap on a recent road trip I did with my BF. I took a few days off work and we drove up the coast to Ranong then north to Prachuap Kirikhan, then Bangkok. I flew back to Phuket and my BF went motorcycle shopping. He didnt buy anything though but can back with a new bicycle instead haha. We took many nice photos along the way but I want to start with this so lovely photo of my niece at Layan Beach on Phuket Island. This is my favourite beach in Phuket and often there is a baby elephant there to pose with tourists at sunset. We kind of started our holiday here even though it's close to home. Sunset drinks with my brother and his kids.
