OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1754th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

We are very surprised by all the things that our cousin Emilio has done for his daughter and he has had to learn to take care of her and to take care of a home. Today is a day of celebration. It is the birthday of our beloved Mafalda, she is Argentinean by birth, by heart and with a father from Mendoza. Today, she is celebrating 60 years of having seen the light, through the eyes and thoughts of Quino, her father. Although she was already six years old when she came to public light. This suggests that she became famous when she was six years old. The story follows a university dropout grandson, M, who quit his job to take care of his sick grandmother in the hopes of winning her favor and inheriting her wealth. It was too hot when we arrived at the place. I thought that there would be fewer people in the shrine, but I was wrong. There were lots of visitors in the area who wanted to celebrate the birth of Our Mother Mary. The parking space was almost full, and the visitors were not commonly local but came from other parts of Cebu. It was not a surprise since the place is very famous.

If you are wondering whether I am sharing another adventure or outdoor fun, no I am not. As I opened my laptop and decided to write, I was out of topic and I don't know what to share. Not until I suddenly thought of my quarter-life crisis as a 23-year old woman with so many big dreams in mind.

They say, adulting is hard. It truly is, and I can't deny it these days. It has been a challenging transition to me since I came from being a normal college student to an adult who is now responsible for a few things.

I’m not someone who buys a lot of clothes.

My wardrobe is limited to a few sweaters, some shirts (for formal occasions), shorts for the heat, and a couple of pants (oh, and my university uniforms). I don’t need more than that.

So if I had to choose, I would buy books. Today, I’m sharing a list that you must read.

Several few weeks ago, I was talking with my manager in our weekly one-on-one's and going over a few things. They have a software that I know conceptually, but have never deployed before and it's picking up some good steam, so he wanted to know if I was interested. Initially I wasn't really interested because I was already working on a lot of stuff, so I didn't want to give something some effort that I wasn't going to be able to dedicate a lot of time to. It also seemed a little silly, so I opted out.

Sometimes good things comes from unexpected places and situations. Sometime ago, I tried to plant the African Basil (scent leaf) in my compound but they never grew, I did all within my power to ensure I had that plant in my compound.
