OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1452nd compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Hello dear friends of HIVE, I hope you are well. I am happy to share with you again through this beautiful communication of Weekend Experiences and tell you about the wonderful experience I had last Sunday, December 17. I had nothing planned only to buy some supplies to draw, on the way I passed by the market in downtown Lima and I noticed a young man with a megaphone inviting people to enter to see an art exhibition and I was curious to enter, it was good that I did because I had a great weekend experience when I went to visit that place which is the "Feria Escuela Abierta de Lima", it is located in the historic center of the city, it was previously closed due to the pandemic (COVID19) but they reopened its doors to the public, there were different activities, all the exhibits are undertakings of students and artists graduated from the School of Fine Arts.

Hello creative friends, today I would like to share with you a craft I made using recycled materials, a crescent moon adorned with beautiful roses made with tissues or napkins. Since I started at Hive, I have developed a love for crafts so that I can bring you original content and what better than to put into practice recycling and creating unique objects made by my own hands.

After arriving at the hotel and entering the rooms, we went down to the restaurant next to the reception where we relaxed and socialized with colleagues, before dinner with organized music.

The headphones are Beexcellent brand, I had never heard this brand, but it is a Chinese brand as usual in this type of products, and well aesthetically I liked them very much, their colors, their shape, with some figures and in general a fairly modern design.

As promised, part two of my walk on the 5km hiking trail at Rainhill farm. This hike had so much going on that I will probably need to do a part three too, which is fine by me as this place is worth taking your time to explore. I have gone back twice now, and still need to return a few more times before I will have explored the majority of it.

Teaching was one of the worst job I could ever imagine. Being in a place where there are lots of naughty students gives me headache. Stepping into my journey as a teacher was like the beginning of my big adventure. Join me as I share my experiences and struggles being a newly hired teacher.

After finishing my first year in college, I had a plan getting a job instead of enrolling for second year. My mind was fixed at that particular time. My only concern is having a job then save money for my tuition. So I gave it a shot and applied for a job that's actually not my ideal one, but I know I'm capable of doing.

Although we are not fashionistas girls, since we were teenagers we have browsed fashion magazines like Elle or Vogue, and we thought of recreating the concept of fashion shoots that usually appear in those publications, but without many pretensions, with the resources we had at hand.
