OCD DAILY - Issue #382

Welcome to the 382nd issue of @OCD Daily!

Issue #382 highlights content from ten (10) Steem Content Creators! The OCD team continues its search throughout Steem to find you the undervalued gems, as provided by relatively new users.

Today our curators found ten (10) new pieces of original content! We strive to find works that are created by newer Steem users, that may not have the audience with which to share their quality content. @OCD strives to help provide that audience and intends to showcase Steem users who put in the extra effort to create creative, original content.

The @OCD nomination process

A curator will FIND a piece of work (typically from newer users). Within 24 hours that piece has been submitted from the curator to the @OCD team, curator votes are tallied, and the pieces with the most votes are included in the compilation.

We encourage you to visit these blogs and show these great Steemians your support and encouragement.

If you enjoyed their work, give them a Follow or maybe even say Hello!

All of the content chosen by our curators is undervalued, but there is always one piece that rises to the top. That piece is universally appreciated and valued by our curators making it OCD’s Top Nomination of the Day.

Our top nomination of the day is from zirochka@zirochka

Beautiful article from zirochka@zirochka, as she introduces the region known as Podilia from Ukraine. The post covers the region's history, and its various notable areas, such as the Pokrov Church in the village of Sutkivtsi, and the city of Husiatyn with its Church of St. Anthony and Bernardine Monastery. Zirochka talks about how some of these buildings are not cared for very well and that she feels rather concerned about their well being. The post shows how much these ancient structures mean to her, and their meanings and heritage to the people of the country. Check out the article for yourself to see beautiful photos accompanied by informative text on Podilia!

Our next nomination of the day is from amberyooper@amberyooper

Amber is working on something really cool. What is it? It is a freaking guitar! Is the guitar making an easy process? Not always. There are a lot of details going into the making of a guitar. Figuring out the right shape of the body of the guitar is very important since it is defining the whole piece. Here is the progress amberyooper@amberyooper has made so far.

Our next nomination of the day is from thebatmanbiker@thebatmanbiker

thebatmanbiker@thebatmanbiker is a motor cyclist (was the name a giveaway?) and he talks about how people experience motor cycling travel differently. Some, like him do a couple km at one go like there no end to the road, which is true because a journey never ends. Others take their time, stop for breaks and photos, and experience it slowly. No matter which type you are, or whether you're a motor cyclist at all, this is a great post worth reading.
